Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at jewellvish@gmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
Due to the delicate and personal nature of jewellery, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or defective

An incorrect product has been delivered
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact

Clear images and videos must be provided as proof

Change of mind or personal preference

Minor variations in color, design, or finish due to lighting or screen differences

Gift hampers or customized products
Mandatory Opening Video
An opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items.

The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

The shipping label and product must be clearly visible

Claims without an opening video will not be eligible for return or refund
How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please email jewellvish@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:

Opening/unboxing video and supporting images

Reason for the return
Once approved, our team will share the next steps.
Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds will be credited to the original prepaid payment method used during checkout (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or wallet)
Important Notes

Jewellvish operates on a 100% prepaid order model. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Please do not share any OTP with the pickup partner until the product is officially handed over

Jewellvish reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above policy
